DELIVERY

Find your shipping tracking number in the email received when you placed your order. For any questions, please contact us by email, indicating your first and last name as well as the order number at the following address: serviceclient@izzacai.fr.

In France and Europe

We undertake to deliver your order on the website www.izzacai.com as soon as possible after receipt of your payment.

The order is prepared within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.

The approximate delivery time is around 3 to 5 working days.

During launch periods or special events, the delay could be a little longer, allow between 5 and 10 working days.

The products ordered will be sent to the address you provided during the ordering process or to the chosen collection point. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Please take the time to check your details carefully before confirming your order.

Warning : make sure to indicate the Name(s) and First Name(s) that appear on your identity documents before validating the order. Do not let your smartphone or computer do the automatic writing. Your purchases will only be delivered to you if the order information matches your official identity documents.

For home delivery, if the recipient is absent when our transport provider calls, the package will be left at a collection point near the delivery address, or it will be redistributed another day to the same address (depending on your choice of carrier at the time of ordering).

Internationally.

For international delivery times, allow between 5 and 10 days.

Customs duties are not included in the sale price.

VAT is not included (for now) in the sale price. We are a Sole Proprietorship in France.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, find out about any customs duties applied in your country before ordering.
