RETURNS

Please note: Each package prepared by us is photographed before and after closing. As well as each deposit with our carriers.

We do not do exchanges, return the item as a simple return. Please note that each product is available in limited quantities.

If unfortunately certain products do not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return them to us upon receipt of your package.

For each return of a package, the product must be in its original condition, new, unused, unaltered, unworn, odorless, without being damaged in any way. In its original packaging.

Each package will be inspected by our team, if a product is returned damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse the refund in full or in part.

To return your package , send us an email to: serviceclient@izzacai.fr

indicating your first and last name (the one named when ordering), order number. Allow 24 hours for processing.

We will send you an email with an explanation of the return procedure as well as the return slip. Each return is the responsibility of the customer, we will deduct the return costs from your refund.

Upon receipt of your return, once the return has been validated, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

If a package arrives damaged or missing, we will ask you for photos of the damaged products, as well as the shipping box, to the email address serviceclient@izzacai.fr , mentioning your first and last name, as well as the order number.

Please keep the return deposit slip for any returns.
